            The customer makes a gold purchase, making a full payment but the gold is delivered with a delay of 6 or 12 months, obtaining the customer a reward for the delay of delivery of the gold, according to the modality of time chosen.

            In this case, the customer can choose:

            • Renew the contract with the balance of your account and request the profits obtained.
            • Request the total sending of the gold purchased with the increase of the agreed percentage.
            • Request the repurchase of the gold partially or in full and request the sending of the money.
          • 74. Should I have a Goldmoney Account?

            Yes, you have to open an account with Goldmoney.
            Goldmoney is currently our official supplier for gold delivery to our customers. So, It is the only way with which our customers can have their gold in vaults or in other side, you can request the sending of the gold at home.
